Mode 1
Use of the whole cutting area with the two heads performing together
Mode 2
Both heads work together in one of the two areas, while the user is collecting the cut pieces in the other. Once the processing is over, both beams pass on the other side and the user can collect the processed pieces and continue nesting.
Mode 3
Two different processes take place on the table at the same time.
Each head can work on its own area, processing different material and jobs

The pre-loading system reduces the downtimes optimizing the material loading, preparing the reference points detection and positioning the material in a stand-by zone, all while the two cutting heads work.
The sheets positioned onto the preloading area are read from below, using Seeker System, the dual camera vision patented by Elitron, which detects the reference points for a perfect synchronization of the cutting path with the printing.
Seeker System can also read barcodes and QR codes
Maximum productivity thanks to the two independent multi-tool cutting heads operating simultaneously on the whole cutting area. Elitron's TwinCut software calibrates and assigns the workload to each of the cutting heads, optimizing the overall time.
The whole working area, whether loaded in single or multi-sheet, is fully unloaded in one. The powerful panel suctions all the processed sheets at once, and carries them to the unloading area, stacking them neatly onto a pallet.
